Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

  1. Cancellation You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the product following our return policy (see below).

  2. Return and Exchange We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or faulty bat, you may request a replacement within 7 days of receiving the product. We offer a guarantee for the handle of the bat, and if it requires repair or replacement during the warranty period, we will provide the necessary service.

  3. Warranty Period and Coverage The warranty period for a bat is 3 months from the date of purchase, irrespective of games played. During this period, we cover the repair or replacement of the handle in case of any defects or issues. However, please note that no warranty is provided for any damage to the edges or bottom of the bat.

  4. Return Shipping and Replacement If you need to return a bat for repair or replacement under warranty, you will be responsible for shipping the bat to Nagrath Sports Inn (NSI) at your own expense. Upon completion of the repair or replacement, NSI will ship the bat back to you at our own expense.

  5. Proof of Damage or Faulty Product In case of damage or a faulty product, we require a video recording of the unboxing process as proof when opening the parcel. This video will serve as evidence for processing a replacement or repair.

  6. No Return, Only Replacement Allowed Please note that we do not accept general returns for refund or exchange. Only damaged or faulty products are eligible for replacement. We kindly request that you thoroughly review your order and ensure the accuracy of your selection before making a purchase.

  7. NO COD (Cash on Delivery) We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for orders. All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase through our available payment methods.
